System Overview

AUTOChargit Stationary provides an industry-first Switching EV Charger that increases the effective usage of an EVCS while diminishing the infrastructure and Capital Expenditure requirements by as much as 80%.

AUTOChargit Stationary – Delivers up to 10 EV Ports with a single EV Switching Charger. Separating an EVCS into the EV Switching Charger and associated EV Port allows up to 10 EVs to be plugged in at the same time. Power is automatically switched between the 10 EV Ports based on the site’s priority schedule.

Case Study

Turning a conventional Parking Garage/Lot into an Electric Charging Destination takes some planning and projecting. You need to plan for the current market demand and project where the market is heading. Let AUTOChargit take the guesswork out of EVCS deployment.

The following is a case study with two phases. Installing in two phases protects a project from over-capitalization and then leverages actual use data (automatically gathered by AUTOChargit) to project when the second phase is required by market demand.

Pricing

The AUTOChargit Stationary Solutions offers Purchase, Lease, or Easement.

Purchase Option

Purchase: AUTOChargit shall design, install, and operate the entire system. All equipment is purchased and owned by the property owner. Pricing is based on the number/type (Level II or DC Fast Charging) of EVCSs, system options, and any additional infrastructure required by the system.

Revenue: Each payment creates a chain transaction to include the Cardknox Bank Transaction Fee,
the Equipment Fee, and a Cloud-Based Computing and Support Fee with the balance being deposited into the owner’s designated bank account.

Lease Option

Lease: AUTOChargit shall design, install, and operate the entire system. All equipment is leased by the property owner. The monthly lease rate is based on the number/type (Level II or DC Fast Charging) of EVCSs, system options, any additional infrastructure required by the system, and lease term. Leasing eliminates the need for a capital expense.

Easement Option

The owner elects to establish an easement on the property. AUTOChargit shall design, install, and operate the entire system eliminating the need for both a capital expense and operating expense.
